Availability & payment

Practical details, without the guesswork.

A simple overview of scheduling, consultation options, private pay, and how secure forms fit into the process.

Age range

Birth through young adulthood

Poco a Poco Therapy serves children, teens, and transition-age clients from birth through young adulthood, including individuals with developmental disabilities, AAC needs, and complex communication profiles.

Complimentary consultation

Families may request a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to discuss concerns, fit, and next steps before moving into the intake process.

Private pay

Poco a Poco Therapy currently offers private-pay services. Fees are discussed directly so recommendations can stay aligned with the child’s needs, service frequency, and setting.

Superbills

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, ask whether a superbill may be available for submission to your insurance plan. Reimbursement is determined by the plan, not guaranteed by the practice.

Insurance status

Insurance participation is still expanding. This page can be updated later with accepted plans as credentialing progresses.

Where services happen

Depending on fit and availability, services may be home-based, community-based, or offered virtually/through teletherapy when clinically appropriate. Current service areas include Irving, Las Colinas, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lewisville, Carrollton, and surrounding DFW communities.

Secure intake forms

Clinical information and intake details are completed securely through Carepatron rather than through the public website forms.
